About Me
| Currently I am the General Manager at Modesto Sport In Shape. I have been working in the fitness industry for the past 12 years and I love it! Where else can you go to work where you help people get in shape and reach their fitness goals and be at your home away from home?
I started working out my self when I was only 12 years old and have been continuing ever since. In college I studied nutrition and kinesiology. I have been certified for personal training through numerous national certifications and I have taken over 10 continuing education courses. Fitness for me is not just a hobby, it's a way of life! One of my favorite things to work on in my spare time is contest prep and menu plans for clients. I'm always looking to help others reach that next level of fitness. 2002 was the year I competed in my first bodybuilding show and I have been hooked ever since. About 3 years ago I was blessed with a sponsorship from Optimum Nutrition and ABB and I hope to remain part of the team for a long time. Through my sponsor, I have been able to travel all over and help encourage others to strive for their fitness goals. I see myself always working out, so watch out if I am 100 years old and run over your toe in the gym with my wheel chair! LOL. Wishing everyone the best- Tobias Young |
