Lisa Derbyshire is a proud mother, wife and fitness enthusiast. She was born and raised in beautiful Vancouver BC. Lisa is a professional makeup artist and a managing partner for Pretty Please Beauty Services, where you'll find her glamming up the ladies for the stage and off the stage in glamour shoots.
Lisa started competing four years ago and did her first show as a fitness challenge. Lisa had hired a trainer, found someone that made custom suits, and jumped right into it. The moment Lisa stepped on her very first stage, she felt sick at first but excited at the same time.
Lisa Derbyshire is usually a shy person, so this was not only physically challenging but also mentally challenging. Lisa nerves were getting to her as she was posing and found herself being scared and maybe disbelief as to how far she had come. No matter the outcome, she was going to be proud of myself.
Lisa was featured in a magazine for her first time and a few months after she appeared on her first show. The fitness industry has given opportunities for Lisa to be in print, media, journalism and acting. After 4 years into the fitness industry, Lisa signed on with one of the leading supplement companies, Magnum Nutracuticals and with bikini designs Heiress Swimwear.
Lisa Derbyshire feels so lucky to be able to inspire others by simply doing what she always loved. All this started when she had stepped on her very first stage 4 years ago and is now down a path to her dreams. Never once did she think twice to look back before she got into the fitness industry.
