Alex Carneiro

Born in the beautiful country of Brazil, Alex Carneiro always lived an international life. Being born in Brazil and having lived in Rome, Ecuador, Santiago and now the United States Alex learned from a young age multiplie languages and different cultural experiences. After making it to one of the healthiest cities in the United States; Denver, Alex knew that it would be his time to shine and learn how to get himself involved in the fitness world. After several years of learning the different ways of training, nutrition and supplementation Alex was constantly rising to the top and bringing knowledge to his fans alongside. Today Alex is one of the new few IFBB Pro Physique Pros with the next goal of being at that first Olympia to represent the new Men's Physique division.
