About Me
| I like snowboarding, swimming, travelling and cooking! (Tosca Reno-my hero) I volunteer a lot as well, and I really enjoy helping young children and adults find a passion for fitness and a healthier lifestyle.
I am also a Cygen Labs sponsored athlete! I love their products and am so thankful they help me accomplish my goals and I can't wait to see what happens! Currently, I am a student at the University of Manitoba and I am ALWAYS either A) at the gym B) studying or C) cooking! my favourite places to be are Portugal, the lake, Victoria and Kelowna. I have amazing friends and an awesome boyfriend. I am a newbie to this industry and just started competing a year ago, and fell in love and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. My trainer, Paul Anthony Neil (Team Dream Body - paulanthony.ca) best thing that has ever happened to me and my training. Mentally and physically I have never felt stronger or happier, I thank him for everything they help me accomplish and for believing in me and my potential! I would love to compete in a tri-fitness competition next year, and hope to get my fitness model pro card with the WBFF sometime very soon! Allison and Paul Dillett are the greatest thing to have happened to the fitness industry, and if you haven't seen a WBFF show, you are MISSING OUT. Only the best of the best compete with the WBFF!
