About Me
| its funny really, i never grew up being in to sports or being very active. i was scared to touch weights, in fear of (bulking) lol! what most women might think. i stared being an avid runner a few years ago and couldn't start my day without a run, it was my coffee! i had a friend who was training for a fittness comp and was trying to convince me to enter with her.i was torn and didn't know where to start so i said no. so she poked around and eneded up finding me a trainer****Chris Boyko,Conditioning Trainer for the BC Lions**** sooo needless to say, i had no excuse to do it! lol! anyways, so i did and placed in my first show and did my first magazine that same year! i feel so greatfull to found my passion with the help of a friend. the people in this industry have been so welcoming, its like a family. i was quite shy before i had started competing and now, the sky's the limit! | |

| well i am a makeup artist so i have a love for any type of art, music etc. i wish i could say i love cooking...but i don't! lol! I'm in the gym quite a bit and have a passion for weight training, wich i only started 2yrs ago and just love. i enjoy reading about nutrition and training as well as just hanging out with girlfriends,of course! | |
