About Me
| I’ve always been interested in learning about how to lead a healthy life style. Since I was as young as 6 years old I’d put together exercises that I knew and give them out to my brother as workouts. He was the only one who’d play along. LOL As I got older I got involved in lifeguarding and Aquafit. To complete these certifications I needed to learn the names and functions of the body’s muscles groups. I was so passionate about this that I signed up to the gym at 14 years old to better understand what I was studying. Before this, I had played soccer and practiced figure skating. I stopped these sports and dedicated all my time to training in the gym and in pool to further develop and challenge my body. After a few years of weight lifting I realised that was not getting the results that I wanted so I found myself a trainer to help me achieve my goals. I meet with Ken Clement of www.floridafitnessaylmer.com. He showed me everything I know today about health and fitness. At the age of 21 Ken guided me to my first figure competition were I placed 3rd. I loved my experience! That’s when I realised that I wanted to make myself a name in the fitness world. Last year I got a lot of opportunities and exposure from Doug Schneider (photographer and founder of women’s fitness federation SAF- www.seriousaboutfitness.com). Both my sponsors Ken Clement (trainer and owner of www.floridafitnessaylmer.com) and Joan MacDonald (personalised bikini tailor and owner of www.daydreamsfitnesswear.com) have been there to help and support me through my fitness projects. | |

| I just want to have fun! I always find the positive side of things and focus on them. I love to go on vacations to learn and experience other cultures. When I'm not away I love to host gatherings with my family and friends. And like any other girl shopping!!! LOL | |
