About Me
| I began weight lifting in 2001 when I moved to Fredericton New Brunswick for university. It wasn't until 2005 that I became aware of local figure competitions. I was always interested in the sport since watching couples fitness contests on television while in junior high. After learning about the local shows I hired a trainer and began prepping for my first competition.
I've competed multiple times over the last 6 years, beginning in figure and then switching to bikini when it was created. I'm a newly crowned IFBB Bikini Pro, a title I'm honored to have been awarded. Joining the other IFBB athletes is a dream come true! It's been an amazing journey and the feeling of accomplishing goals, big or small, is indescribable. There will always be new goals to strive for and the journey will continue.
