About Me
| I have finally competed in my first UFE Fitness Show! I'm stoked for my next one I'm currently training for in the spring!
I am new to this extreme fitness industry, though I'm positive it's my calling! and can only stay positive and hope for the best. I come from a family and background of fitness loving freaks! which have all been very successful in their techniques as I'm hoping I will be as well. I am currently in the process of obtaining my PT Cert. I thoroughly enjoy working out, pushing my body past it's comfort zones and seeing what kind of results I can get in matter of set time lines/goals. Im proud to say I have successfully encouraged and motivated many of my friends and family to engage in more physical activities and get on the road to a more healthier lifestyle. I dont think you will ever see me in the gym NOT smiling or laughing. I'm just as serious as the next when it comes to working out... its just how I go about it. I enjoy it! |

Snowboarding,basketball, beach volleyball- I miss doing my usual cardio right now :( I love my music...Im nothing without my guitar or ipod. |
