About Me
| Have been weightlifting and strength training now seriously for 5 years, although I have lived a healthy and active life since a young age. I am proud of my accomplishment thus far, and am always challenging myself and setting fitness goals to consistently improve on gains and endurance and ultimately continue live a healthy life. My training programs are constantly changing, and with the help of my workout buddy I have lifted more, gained more muscle and feel like I am in the best shape of my life, although there is always room for more improvement and I will always be pushing and striving to a higher goal. I am currently getting ready for a competition in the spring of 2012, my first one ever. I feel confident and sure that I will place in my category. | |
